Make Gnus cache work with nnselect

* lisp/gnus/gnus-cache.el (gnus-cache-possibly-enter-article)
(gnus-cache-possibly-remove-articles)
(gnus-cache-possibly-remove-article): Use originating article info for
nnselect groups.
